Monika Buholzer joins Prime Re Solutions at the beginning of June 2021 and increases our team to ten actuaries. Born in Switzerland, she studied mathematics at the University of Zurich and comes with 13 years of experience in health and personal lines. As the chief and responsible actuary of the two largest Swiss health insurers Helsana and CSS, she gained decisive experience in solvency, reserving and pricing. She furthermore founded two actuarial health committees, which worked closely together with the Swiss government in developing solvency tests, reserving standards and pricing regulations. She is a fully qualified member of the Swiss Actuarial Association. We look forward having her on board!
